Returns & Refund Policy

Returns, refunds and EU right of withdrawal

14-day withdrawal period (EU consumers). If you are a consumer entitled to the EU statutory right of withdrawal, you may withdraw from an eligible online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. To exercise this right, email guilhem.meirier@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw, preferably including your order number. Contacting us within the 14-day period is sufficient; you do not need our prior approval to exercise this right.

After telling us you are withdrawing, please send the goods back within 14 days. Contact us for the correct return address and return instructions before sending a parcel. Do not send returns to an address that has not been confirmed by our support team.

Return shipping costs. For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you normally pay the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we agree to cover that cost or applicable law requires otherwise. If an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us: your statutory rights and applicable remedies remain unaffected.

Refunds. When a valid statutory withdrawal applies, we refund the eligible payment, including the cost of standard outbound delivery (but not any extra charge for express delivery), using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are due within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal; for goods, we may wait until we receive the items back or receive evidence that you have sent them, whichever occurs first. We will keep you informed by email.

Condition of returned items. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Missing original packaging or tags does not automatically remove a statutory withdrawal right.

Exceptions. Some goods may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where the law allows, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised and sealed items unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. These exceptions are assessed according to the product and applicable law; they do not apply automatically to all clothing.

Other customers and requests. If the statutory EU withdrawal right does not apply to your order, contact us at guilhem.meirier@gmail.com so we can review the return request under applicable law and any return terms offered to you at purchase. Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy.

Damaged or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the issue and advise on the appropriate remedy, including return arrangements where necessary.
